Signing in, step by step

- 2Tap 'Login'The login panel usually sits at the top of the screen on mobile and desktop.
- 3Enter your registered username or mobile numberThis is the detail you registered with. If you have forgotten it, use their account recovery flow.
- 4Enter your password on their site onlyType it directly into the bookmaker's page. Check the address bar first and never enter it on a page you reached from an SMS or e-mail link.
- 5Complete any extra verificationYou may receive an OTP by SMS. Codes are for you alone — support staff will never ask you to read one out.
